高职院校精品资源共享课的在线“建以致用”探索与实践——以高职铁路客运组织课程为例

摘　　要：目前,高职院校的精品资源共享课程的建设在数量上已经达到一定的规模,但是资源库的在线应用方面却不尽人意。通过对资源共享课现状的分析找到了资源共享课存在的视频、习题等资源的点击应用性差,线上师生互动少,以及对学生评价反馈不及时等问题。通过对问题的分析,以铁路客运组织课程为例提出了微课、视频资源保质保量的录制,习题库按知识点技能点归类,测试题随机抽取,线上线下混合式的新型教学模式以及多元化评价体系的教学体验等解决办法。At prescent,the construction of high-quality resource sharing courses in higher vocational colleges has reached a certain scale in quantity,but the online application of resource base is not satisfactory.Though the analysis of the curent situation of the resource sharing course,the problems such as the poor click applicability of resources such as videos and exercises,the online interaction between teachers and students,and the untimely evaluation and feedback of students are found.Based on the analysis of the problems,taking the organization course of railway passenger transport as an example,this paper puts forwanl some solutions,such as the recording of micro courses and video resources with quality and quantity guaranteed,the classification of exercise base according to knowledge points and skill points,the random selection of test questions,the new mixed online and ofline teaching mode and the teaching experience of diversified evaluation system.
