摘  要:为实现双离合器自动变速器(DCT)的两挡联合起步,提出了一种应用非线性三步法跟踪期望起步车速曲线,并能实现两挡联合起步的控制策略。基于汽车动力学设计了由类稳态控制、参考动态前馈、误差反馈3个部分构成的控制器,并通过AMESim和Simulink联合仿真验证提出的控制策略的有效性,结果表明,应用该起步策略可实现起步车速跟踪,同时可平衡起步过程双离合器的滑摩,有效延长离合器总成寿命。To realize simultaneous launch of DCT,this paper proposes a control strategy that applies nonlinear triplestep method to track expected vehicle start speed curve,and realize simultaneous launch of two clutches.A controller is designed based on automobile dynamics that consists of 3 parts:quasi-steady state control,feedforward control based on reference dynamics and feedback control based on tracking error.AMESim and Simulink platform are used to verify effectiveness of the proposed launch strategy.Result shows that the control method can obtain good vehicle start speed tracking,and can balance the friction of two clutches,which can prolong life of the clutch assembly effectively.
