摘  要:本文讨论翻转课堂教学法联合微信平台在心电图教学中的应用,选取2018年9月—2019年9月在武汉市某大学附属医院心血管内科实习的2015级临床医学本科专业80名学生为研究对象。随机分为两组,每组各40人。一组为对照组,采用传统教学法,另一组为实验组,采用翻转课堂联合微信平台的教学法。对比分析两组学生理论成绩和病例分析成绩差异,并对学生进行问卷调查。实验组学生的理论考核成绩和病例分析成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,翻转课堂联合微信平台的教学方式提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,增进了师生之间及同学间的交流,学生对实验组教学法的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。翻转课堂联合微信平台的教学模式在心电图实习中切实可行,激发了学生的积极性和主动性,有效地提高了教学效果。This paper aims to evaluate the effect of flipped classroom teaching method combined with WeChat platform in electrocardiogram teaching.The research lasted from September 2018 to September 2019.80 students of grade-2014 five-year clinical medicine in hospital were recruited and randomly divided into traditional teaching group and experimental group with flipped classroom based on the WeChat platform.Compared with the control group,students in the experimental group scored higher in theoretical and clinical skill assessment respectively(P<0.05).In addition,questionnaire survey also shows that new teaching method improves students'initiative and learning autonomy,enhances team work ability and increases teaching satisfaction.The flipped classroom based on WeChat platform can effectively improve learning students’interest and ability,which significantly improves the teaching quality.
