摘  要:深入分析高职学生转专业的动机和诱因是重建学生学习自信心的重要举措。文章基于质化定性合作解释研究方法,从13位研究对象身上收集到了丰富的研究数据。研究结果显示,专业自身的品牌形象是吸引高职学生转专业的重要的外部诱因之一。而专业的品牌形象建设,尤其是针对在读学生的形象建设,是众多高职院校专业建设忽略的一个部分。高职学生的低自我效能感在高职学生转专业中发挥了重要作用。It has become a common phenomenon that many students at vocational schools choose to change their majors in China,while little is known about their motivation and causing factors.With a qualitatively collaborative interpretive approach,this research project aims at filling this academic gap and establish a solid research foundation for future studies in this field.13 research participants have contributed their experiences and thoughts to this research project.The findings are important and valuable,as the image of programs is identified to play an important role in attracting students to change their major.and the brand image construction of the major is especially aimed at the image construction of the students.It is a part of the professional construction of many higher vocational colleges.The low self-efficacy of higher vocational students plays an important role in the transfer of higher vocational students.
