摘 要:20世纪80年代以来,加拿大安大略省教师教育改革呈现出市场导向、效率崇拜、突出标准和强调问责的显著特征,并建构起既有政府质量监测又有专业质量监测的双重质量监测体系,强调监测内容的标准化和监测方法的定量化。基于对安大略省教师教育质量监测体系的思考,我国教师教育质量监测在理念上要与新时期党和国家教师教育改革目标保持一致,提升监测机构的专业化,处理好监测内容的标准化与不同类型教师教育机构培养目标的多样化之间的关系,研发适合教师教育质量监测的数据搜集与分析工具,提高监测方法的科学性。Since the 1980s,the reform of teacher education in Ontario,Canada has shown the salient characteristics of market orientation,efficiency worship,prominent standards and emphasis on accountability,and has built a dual quality monitoring system with both government quality monitoring and professional quality monitoring,emphasizing the standardization of monitoring content and the quantification of monitoring methods.Based on the considerations about the teacher education quality monitoring system in Ontario,the concept of teacher education quality monitoring in China should be consistent with the Party and country’s teacher education reform goals in the new era,improve the specialization of monitoring institutions,handle the relationship between the standardization of monitoring content and the diversification of training objectives of different types of teacher educational institutions,and develop data collection and analysis tools suitable for teacher education quality monitoring to improve the scientific nature of monitoring methods.
