摘 要:西方的教育援助不可能没有利己的政治目的,其实践与“自主权”“共识”“伙伴关系”等所谓“后政治”的政策话语相距甚远、无法一致,说明西方国际教育援助的“后政治时代”话语的虚伪性。而中国的对外教育援助基于人类命运共同体理念,一贯强调互利共赢原则,不标榜所谓“后政治”取向,不必也从未否认自身合乎国际关系准则的政治性,中国教育援助的实际行动与政策话语高度一致。所以引发克努森和林德伯格质疑的西方教育援助政策话语体系,根本不适用于对中国教育援助的解释。It is impossible for western educational aid to have no self-interest political purpose.In fact,its practice is far from the so-called“post-politics”discourse,such as“autonomy”,“consensus”and“partnership”,which shows the hypocrisy of the discourse of“post-politics era”of western international educational aid.Chinese foreign educational aid is based on the concept of a community of shared future for mankind.It always emphasizes the principle of mutual benefit and win-win results,does not flaunt the so-called“post political”orientation,and does not have to and has never denied its political nature in line with the norms of international relations.The actual practice of Chinese educational aid is highly consistent with the policy discourse.Therefore,the discourse system of western educational aid policy,which arouses the doubts of Knutsson and Lindberg,is not applicable to the interpretation of Chinese educational aid at all.
