摘 要:就业准备有助于毕业生顺利就业,江西建设职业技术学院将工学交替的授课模式与就业准备教育有机结合。江西建设职业技术学院高职建筑设备工程专业的人才培养方案,在现行"2.5+0.5"(知识技能教育+顶岗就业教育)框架下,是以学期为单位的六学期制"4+1+1"(知识技能教育+就业准备教育+顶岗就业教育)。基于就业准备教育主题,学院制定了第五学期的教学计划,并引入工学交替的授课模式;积极探索了新的多元化考试考核办法,如学校+企业的"双主体模块评价",以及卷面考试+软件操作的"双形式模块评价"等。研究旨在通过就业准备教育,帮助学生顺畅就业,做好由"学校人"向"职业人"的角色转换。Employment preparation helps graduates to find jobs smoothly. Jiangxi College of Construction organically combines the teaching mode of work-study alternation with employment preparation education. Under the current "2.5+0.5"(knowledge and skills education + in-post employment education) framework, the talent training program for higher vocational construction equipment engineering major in Jiangxi College of Construction is a six-semester system of "4+1+1"(knowledge and skills education + employment preparation education + in-post employment education). Based on the theme of employment preparation education, the college formulated the teaching plan for the fifth semester and introduced the teaching mode of work-study alternation. New and diversified examination and assessment methods have been actively explored, such as "dual-body module assessment" for schools and enterprises, and "dual-form module assessment" for paper examination and software operation. The purpose of this study is to help students to smoothly get employed and to change their roles from "school person" to "professional person" through employment preparation education.
