摘 要:"惟创新者进,惟创新者强,惟创新者胜",这是习近平总书记在欧美同学会上的一段讲话,深入浅出的指明了创新的重要作用。创新是一个探索未知的过程,意味着突破原有的生产工艺与生产流程,充满着各种不确定的差错与风险。本研究基于现阶段"大众创业、万众创新"的新时代发展情境,以新生代员工为研究对象,通过对相关文献的梳理,并结合社会认知理论与社会交换理论,利用396份企业新生代员工的调研数据,深入探讨了差错管理氛围及其各维度对新生代员工创新行为的影响机理,并利用Baron中介检验法验证了创新自我效能感的中介作用。实证表明,差错管理氛围及其各维度对新生代员工创新行为有显著的正向影响作用;创新自我效能感在其中起部分中介作用。At this stage,China′s economy is in the midst of a period of structural adjustment and growth momentum transformation.It has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.Building a modern economic system has become an urgent requirement for crossing the border and a strategic goal for China′s development.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:"Innovation is the first driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system."This further clarifies the important position of innovation in leading economic and social development.As the main body of innovation,enterprises play an important role in the innovation-driven development strategy,while employees,as the main body and cornerstone of the enterprise,undertake all activities of enterprise innovation.It can be seen that employee innovation behavior is a solid foundation for the improvement of the overall innovation level of the company.The innovation lies in"creating",which is to break the routine,and enterprises should actively encourage employees to take the initiative to try and make mistakes.Because innovation is a process of exploring the unknown,it means breaking through the original production process and production process,full of uncertainties and risks.The uncertainty of the innovation activity itself makes it inevitable that it will produce errors.If there is no positive error management atmosphere,it will inevitably have a certain negative impact on employees,especially the new generation of employees,thus avoiding innovation.Conversely,a positive error atmosphere will give employees a safe psychological perception,dare to try and make mistakes,boldly innovate,and stimulate more innovative behavior.How to further stimulate the innovative behavior of the new generation of employees?Previous studies have shown that there are many factors affecting individual employee′s innovative behavior,such as individu
