摘 要:本文研究了谷氨酰胺转胺酶(TG酶)对损伤发丝的修复。通过制备3种发丝损伤模型,利用TG酶对发丝进行改性修复,获得改性的发丝蛋白纤维,并对其修复效果进行测试,研究表明:使用TG酶对3种损伤发丝修复,其中对烫发损伤效果最佳,修复后碱溶度由16.54%减小到9.92%,断裂应力由0.932 N提高到1.468 N,断裂应变由8.51 mm提高到10.47 mm,吸水膨胀率由18.34%降低到12.34%。过红外光谱(FTIR)分析,TG酶修复后的发丝受损(蛋白暴露)部位修复效果明显,酰胺键增多,交联作用显著。This article studied the repair of damaged hair by glutamine transaminase(TG enzyme).By preparing three kinds of hair damage models,using TG enzyme to modify and repair the hair,modified hair protein fiber was obtained,and its repair effect was tested.The research showed that:using TG enzyme to repair three kinds of damaged hair,of which the best effect was on perm damage.After repair,the alkali solubility was reduced from 16.54%to 9.92%,the fracture stress was increased from 0.932 N to 1.468 N,the fracture strain was increased from 8.51mm to 10.47 mm,and the water absorption expansion rate was reduced from 18.34%to 12.34%.Through infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis,the repaired hair damaged(protein exposed)parts after TG enzyme repair had obvious repair effect,the amide bond increased,and the cross-linking effect was significant.
