摘 要:目的探讨多模式教学方案在临床教学中的应用。方法采取随机抽样的方法,对2017年8月-2018年7月在某医院泌尿外科实习的40名护理本科实习生进行随机分组,对照组20名护生采用传统模式教学和考核模式,实验组20名护生采用翻转课堂的新型教学模式进行教学,并在出科考试时使用客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examina⁃tion,OSCE)进行技能考核。结果经过4周的教学,实验组的考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组大部分护生认为翻转课堂有助于提高护生的学习热情、有助于知识的巩固,护生对教学方法的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理本科实习生在教学中运用多模式带教方案,有助于提高护生的自学能力、学习兴趣及整体素质,并能客观评价护生的临床综合能力,值得在临床教学中推广。Objective To explore the application of multi-mode teaching scheme in clinical teaching.Methods 40 undergraduate nursing students in urology department of our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group(20 nursing students)adopted the traditional teaching and assessment mode,and the experimental group(20 nursing students)adopted the new teaching mode of flipped classroom,and used"objective structured clinical examination"in the clinical examination.Results After 4 weeks of teaching,the test results of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);most of the nursing students in the experimental group thought that the flipped classroom was helpful to improve the learning enthusiasm and knowledge consolidation of nursing students,and the satis⁃faction degree of nursing students to teaching methods was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-mode teaching scheme to nursing undergraduate interns in teaching is helpful to improve the self-study ability,learning interest and overall quality of nursing students,and can objectively evaluate the clinical com⁃prehensive ability of nursing students,which is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
