摘 要:为了解高职院校教师读书会对青年教师成长的影响,本文以岳阳职业技术学院“久久书香”青年教师读书会为例,结合问卷调查结果,分析了读书会成员的阅读类型、活动方式等基本情况及有关影响因素。研究认为:以读书会为平台,青年教师开展形式多样的读书交流活动,能有效提高思想认识、教学能力、科研能力和交际能力,促进专业成长和素质提升。读书会确实能够提升高职院校青年教师的综合素养和业务水平,激发其教书育人的工作热情,为新时代学习型社会建设增添新的内涵。In order to understand the influence of teachers’reading club in higher vocational colleges on the growth of young teachers,this paper takes the reading club of Yueyang Vocational and Technical College as an example,analyzes the reading types,activities and other basic conditions of the reading club members and the relevant influencing factors.The research shows that:Taking the reading club as the platform,young teachers carry out various forms of reading exchange activities,which can effectively improve ideological understanding,teaching ability,scientific research ability and communication ability,and promote professional growth and quality improvement.Reading club can really improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,stimulate their enthusiasm in teaching and educating people,and add new connotation to the construction of learning society in the new era.
