摘　　要：目的了解安徽省住院医师规范化培训对象对目前培训工作的满意度状况,并探讨影响因素及提升策略。方法采用整群抽样的方法对安徽省某三甲医院780名住院医师,利用自制问卷进行了调查研究。结果住院医师对培训的总体满意度中位数为3.51分,其中性别、有无分配带教老师、有无退出想法、文化程度、身份属性、住培年限、专业基地类别、值班情况、培训状态、住培制度认知程度对满意度得分有显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师对培训工作总体满意度处于中等水平。不断加强制度和师资队伍建设,注重学员人文关怀和身心健康有助于提高住院医师满意度。Objective To investigate the satisfaction levels of standardized training residents in Anhui Province,and to explore the influencing factors and strategies for improvement.Methods By using cluster sampling,780 residents in Anhui Province were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The mean score of residents’satisfaction was 3.51.Gender,the availability of teachers,intention to drop out,levels of education,identity,length of training,category of the training base,work shift,training status and the amount of knowledge of residential training systems had significant influence on the score of satisfaction(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The study demonstrates that the satisfaction of standardized training residents is at a medium level.In order to leave these residents more satisfied,we should keep strengthening the construction of systems and teaching staff.Giving personal care and ensuring the mental health of residents can help to improve the their level of satisfaction.
