摘  要:笔者通过调查新疆某医院人员构成情况,结合医院员工职业生涯规划情况及医院人力资源培训体系,分析该院人力资源培训体系存在的不足,进而对人力资源培训体系精细化管理进行探讨。该文提出通过制定完善的员工培训制度、开展多样化培训、按需培训等方法,试图为创建基于职业生涯精细化管理的培训体系、实现该院人力资源的精细化管理提供建议。In order to explore the refined management strategy of the human resource training system of a hospital in Xinjiang,by investigating the personnel composition of the hospital,combining the career design of the hospital staff and the human resource training system of the hospital,the deficiencies of the human resource training system are analyzed,and the refined management of the training system is discussed.Some suggestions are proposed to realize the refined human resource management of the hospital,such as optimizing the training system by formulating and improving the personnel training system and carrying out diversified training and on-demand training,and designing the training system based on refined career management.
