摘　　要：文章分析了目前酒店管理本科教育没有将酒店管理专业的学科竞赛和教学进行充分融合的状况,并指出“以赛促学、以赛促教”教学模式应用的积极意义;同时以“酒店服务与礼仪”课程为例,探讨“以赛促学、以赛促教”教学模式与课程教学深度融合的实施方案和实施效果。This paper analyzes the present situation that the undergraduate education of hotel management has not fully integrated the discipline competition and teaching of hotel management,and points out the positive significance of the application of the teaching mode of"promoting learning by competition and promoting teaching by competition".Taking the course"Hotel Service and Etiquette"as an example,this paper discusses the implementation plan and effect of the deep integration between the teaching mode of"promoting learning by competition and promoting teaching by competition"and course teaching.
