摘  要:采用胶束溶剂堆积法(MSS)在线富集模式,建立了高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)检测鸡蛋中3种磺胺类药物(磺胺甲噻二唑、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶和磺胺对甲氧嘧啶)残留的检测方法。讨论了MSS法的技术要点和方法路线的改进效果,并提供了一个性能稳定的连续多层离子聚合物(SMIL)涂层的制备方法。采用40 mmol/L三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)-30 mmol/L乙酸-50%甲醇作为背景缓冲液,20 mmol/L Tris-15 mmol/L乙酸作为样品与胶束溶液的基质,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)胶束溶液用于样品区带扫集。在优化后条件下,线性相关系数r2=0.999,LOD均为约1.0 ng/mL。A micelle to solvent stacking( MSS) pre-concentration method was applied to the determination of three sulfonamide residues( sulfamethizole,sulfadimethoxine and sulfameter) in eggs by high-performance capillary electrophoresis( HPCE). The key factors of MSS and their optimizations were investigated in this work,and a preparation method of successive multiple ionic-polymer( SMIL) coating with stable performance was provided. By using 40 mmol/L tris( hydroxymethyl) aminomethane( Tris)-30 mmol/L acetic acid-50%methanol as background solution,20 mmol/L Tris-15 mmol/L acetic acid as a matrix of the sample solution and micellar solution,hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide( CTAB) micellar solution for sweeping sample zone. Excellent enrichment efficiency was obtained with a good linear relationship( r^2= 0. 999) and high sensitivity( LODs of 1. 0 ng/m L).
