摘  要:食品热烘干机系统通常是一个非线性、时变性、大滞后的复杂系统,传统PID控制由于比例-积分-微分参数固定不变,从而导致其控制效果并不理性,为了解决上述问题设计了一款基于PLC的食品热烘干机温度模糊PID控制系统。首先介绍了烘干机主体结构和工作原理,并介绍了控制系统硬件结构。在传统PID控制基础上设计了一款变论域模糊PID控制器,通过变论域模糊控制方法实现PID参数的在线自适应调整,从而使得PID控制器具备了能够根据系统变化而进行自适应调整的能力。最后,通过计算机仿真软件Matlab软件验证了该控制方法的有效性。仿真结果表明:变论域模糊PID控制器明显能够降低系统的超调量,大大提高了系统的控制精度。Food heat dryer system is usually a non-linear,time-varying,large lag complex system,the traditional PID control because of the fixed proportion integral differential parameters,resulting in its control effect is not rational,in order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a food heat dryer temperature fuzzy PID control system based on PLC.Firstly,the main structure and working principle of the dryer are introduced,and the hardware structure of the control system is introduced.Based on the traditional PID control,a variable universe fuzzy PID controller is designed.By using the variable universe fuzzy control method,the PID parameters can be adjusted adaptively on-line,so that the PID controller can adjust adaptively according to the system changes.At last,the validity of the control method is verified by Matlab.The simulation results show that the variable universe fuzzy PID controller can obviously reduce the overshoot of the system and greatly improve the control accuracy of the system.
