摘 要:科学合理的教学型教师职称聘任机制能激发公共基础课教师工作热情,调动教师积极性和主动性,反之,则会抑制教师的激情与创造性。以公共基础课教师教学型职称聘任机制为例,分析当前学校公共基础课教师职称晋升面临的困境,阐述教学型教师高级职称聘任流程,并对教学型教师高级职称聘任中存在的问题进行分析,最后提出问题解决方案与相关建议,完善教学型教师高级职称聘任机制,激发教师专注于教学方法、教学业绩、教学成果等,提升本科教学整体质量。Scientific and reasonable employment mechanism of teachers with professional titles can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and arouse their initiative and creativity.Otherwise,their passion and interest will be restrained.This article,taking the teachers of public basic courses as an example,pointed out the difficulties they are facing in title promotion,discussed the teaching-oriented senior title evaluation process,and analyzed the problems in this kind of professional employment.Finally,we proposed some solutions to the problems so as to improve the teaching-oriented senior title professional employment mechanism and encourage the teachers to reform their teaching methods,better their teaching performance,and upgrade the overall quality of the undergraduate teaching of our universities.
