饲粮中添加甜菜粕对赛马运动性能和血浆抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探究日粮中添加甜菜粕对赛马运动性能和血浆抗氧化能力的影响。选取体重、年龄和比赛成绩相近的焉耆马30匹,随机分成3组,每组10匹。对照组为基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组在基础日粮中分别添加0.8 kg/d和1.0 kg/d的甜菜粕。结果表明:试验2组赛马平均速度显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.05);试验2组赛后心率显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.05);各组之间赛后30 min心率差异显著(P<0.05),试验1组赛马处于最低水平,显著低于试验2组和对照组;各组赛马赛后5 min呼吸频率显著差异(P<0.05),试验2组赛马呼吸频率处于最低水平,显著低于试验1组和对照组。试验1组和试验2组赛马血浆中超氧化物歧化酶活性均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验1组和试验2组赛马血浆中丙二醛含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加1.0 kg/d的甜菜粕能改善赛马运动性能和血浆抗氧化能力。The study was to investigate the effect of dietary sugar beet meal on racing performance of racehorses and the antioxidant capacity of plasma.Thirty horses with similar weight,age and performance were randomly divided into three groups with ten horses in each group.The control group was basal diet,and groups 1 and group 2 were fed with basal diet with 0.8 kg/d and 1.0 kg/d of beet meal,respectively.The results showed that the average racing speed of the group 2 was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).After the experiment,the heart rate in group 2 was significantly higher than that in group 1 and control group(P<0.05).There was also a significant difference in heart rate between each group at 30 min after the race(P<0.05).Horse racing in group 1 was at the lowest level,which was significantly lower than that in group 2 and control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in respiratory rate of 5 min after the race in each group.The respiratory rate of 5 min after the race in group 2 was at the lowest level,which was significantly lower than that in group 1 and control group,respectively.The content of superoxide dismutase in plasma of racehorses in group 1 and group 2 was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde in plasma of racehorses in group 1 and group 2 was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplementation with 1.0 kg/d of sugar beet meal can improve horse racing performance and plasma antioxidant capacity.
