摘　　要：赵智强教授认为,胆汁反流性胃炎的病因与情志抑郁、饮食不节、禀赋不足,亦或胆石、虫积、术后伤胃等有关。其基本病机为胆胃失和,并可兼夹多种邪气,如夹痰、夹瘀、夹积、夹湿、夹火等,病位在胃,与肝胆密切相关。胃隶属六腑,六腑以通为用,临证时当运用通法恢复胆胃正常生理功能。而通法不仅仅指通下一法,常用的泻肝安胃、制酸利胆,健脾助运、补而不滞,辛开苦降、清利湿热,活血止痛、理气化瘀,酸甘化阴、润燥生津,化痰散结、抗癌解毒等都属通法范畴,处方时须灵活多变,随证加减。Professor ZHAO Zhiqiang believes that the etiology of bile reflux gastritis is related to emotional depression,improper diet,lack of endowment,or gallstone,insect accumulation,and postoperative stomach injury.The basic pathogenesis is the disharmony of the gallbladder and stomach,and can be mixed with many kinds of evil qi,such as phlegm,blood stasis,accumulation,dampness,fire,etc.The stomach belongs to the six Fu organs,and the six Fu organs are used for dredging.In clinical practice,the "clearning method" should be used to restore the normal physiological functions of the gallbladder and stomach.The "clearning method" not only refers to the next method.The commonly used methods include treating liver by calming stomach,inhibit acid and ease gallbladder,strengthening the spleen and helping the movement,opening up the bitter and descending the bitter,clearing away the dampness and heat,activating blood circulation and relieving pain,regulating qi and removing blood stasis,sour and sweet transforming body fluid,moistening dryness and promoting body fluid,resolving phlegm and resolving mass,anticancer and detoxification,etc.,which belong to the category of "clearning method".The prescription should be flexible and changeable,and be added or subtracted according to the syndrome.
