健康中国视域下学校体育的时代使命、现实困境及发展路径

摘　　要："健康中国"既是习近平治国理政思想,也是新时期国家重要战略,以"健康中国"视角,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对学校体育与健康教育进行探究。认为:在"健康中国"建设背景下,学校体育应承担起传播与培育社会主义核心价值观、践行与发挥"立德树人"的学科教育任务、培养与发展学科核心素养、提升与发展学生的身心健康水平等时代使命;然而学校体育存在体育教育体制陈旧、体育与健康教育割裂、健康教育处于边缘化、健康教育评价标准缺失、体育教师健康教育素养低下等现实困境。提出:改革学校体育教育体制、构建体育健康教育课程体系、创建体育健康教育模式、制定体育健康教育学习评价标准、培育优质体育师资等学校体育发展路径。"Healthy China" is Xi Jinping thought of governing the country, as well as an important national strategy in the new era. From the perspective of "Healthy China", this paper explores physical education and health education by means of the methods of documentation, logical analysis etc. It is believed that under the background of the construction of "Healthy China", physical education should undertake the mission of disseminating and cultivating socialist core values, practice and give full play to the academic education of "cultivating morality and people", cultivate and develop academic core qualities, and promote and develop students’ physical and mental health. However, physical education has some practical difficulties, such as the outdated system of physical education, the separation of physical education and health education, the marginalization of health education, the lack of evaluation standards of health education, and the low quality of health education of PE teachers. It is proposed that the development path of physical education should be reformed, the curriculum system of sports health education should be constructed, the model of sports health education be established, the learning and evaluation criteria of sports health education formulated, and high-quality teachers of physical education fostered.
