摘  要:区域幼儿园联盟是实现区域内学前教育均衡发展的重要手段,也是促进幼儿园教师专业发展的重要平台。区域幼儿园联盟通过优质教育资源的共享,为区域内幼儿园教师构建了一个良好的专业发展生态环境,有助于增强教师专业发展的内驱力。它通过汇集区域内幼儿园优质教育资源,有助于强化教师的专业发展体验;通过搭建区域教师专业交流平台,有助于发展教师的专业反思能力;通过构建跨园教师专业实践渠道,有助于提升教师的专业实践水平。The regional kindergarten alliance is an important means to realize the balanced development of preschool education in the region and an important platform to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers. Through the sharing of high-quality education resources, regional kindergarten alliance has built a good ecological environment for the professional development of kindergarten teachers in the region,which is conducive to enhancing the driving force of teacher professional development. The kindergarten alliance can strengthen the teachers’ professional development experience by pooling high-quality education resources in the region,build a regional teachers’ professional exchange platform and develop kindergarten teachers’ professional reflection ability,and construct the professional practice channel of cross-kindergarten teachers to improve the professional practice level of kindergarten teachers.
