浅谈如何提升中学体育课堂教学有效性

摘　　要：在现阶段中学体育教学过程中,教师应着重把握中学体育课堂效率,把提高课堂教学效率和质量作为中学教育教学的主要目标。教师在教育教学过程中,要不断提高自身的素养和专业知识,与时俱进,传授学生新知识,并不断创新自身的教学方法和教学手段,跟上时代的步伐,与时代共进步,培育新一代的优秀学子。本文通过阐述中学体育课堂教学过程中出现的一些问题,提出相应的解决措施和对策。In the process of middle school physical education teaching at present,teachers should focus on the efficiency of middle school physical education class,and take improving the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching as the main goal of middle school education and teaching.In the process of education and teaching,teachers should constantly improve their own quality and professional knowledge,keep pace with the times,teach students new knowledge,and constantly innovate their own teaching methods,keep up with the pace of the times,make progress with the times,and cultivate a new generation of excellent students.This article discusses some problems in the process of middle school physical education classroom teaching,and puts forward corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
