中职体育教学分组的依据和有效策略

摘  要:体育教学要根据教学需要,对学生进行适当的分组,让学生在小组里更好地进行自主训练,充分发挥学生的学习自主性。体育课教学分组学习和训练,可以避免人多难训练和效果差的问题。有效合理的分组,可以提高教学效果。学生的身体实际,是组织教学的出发点。教学内容、教学要求、考评标准都要根据学生的实际去制定和安排。要根据学生的学习兴趣和爱好,安排合适的教学内容,提出明确的教学和评价目标,合理地指导学生的训练和教学。According to the needs of physical education teaching,students should be divided into groups,so that students can train themselves in groups and give full play to their learning autonomy.The problem of hard training and poor effect can be avoided by grouping learning and training in physical education teaching.Effective and reasonable grouping can improve the teaching effect.Students’physical reality is the starting point of organizing teaching.Teaching content,teaching requirements,evaluation standards should be made and arranged according to the actual situation of students.According to the students’study interests and hobbies,we should arrange appropriate teaching contents,put forward clear teaching and evaluation objectives,and guide students’training and teaching reasonably.
