当前干部网络教育培训现状研究——以河北干部网络教育为例

摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出要着力建设高素质专业化干部队伍,这是历次党代会报告中第一次把“高素质”和“专业化”一起作为干部队伍建设的整体目标,也为干部教育培训提出新的工作要求和目标。在“互联网+”的大时代背景下,干部教育培训应与时俱进,在培训内涵和形式上都应顺应信息化大趋势及时作出转变、丰富和发展,干部网络教育培训亟待大力推广和发展。河北省干部网络学院秉承“开放、互联、共享,学习、创新、成长”的办学理念,自建立之日起,其培训课程、网络平台和优质服务使河北干部网络教育呈现跨越式进步,为建设经济强省、美丽河北提供有力的思想政治保证、人才支撑和智力支持。但运行中依然存在传统教育存在的学员积极性、经费保障及评价机制等方面问题,需要各级管理机构和实施机构深入思考和研究。In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to focus on building a high-quality and professional cadre team.This is the first time that“high quality”and“professionalization”have been taken as the overall goal of cadre team building in the reports of previous Party Congress,and it also puts forward new work requirements and goals for cadre education and training.In the era of Internet plus,the cadre education and training should keep pace with the times.In the connotation and form of training,we should conform to the trend of informatization and make timely changes,enrichment and development.Hebei Cadre Network College adheres to the school running concept of“opening,interconnection,sharing,learning,innovation and growth”.Since its establishment,its training courses,network platforms and high-quality services have made Hebei cadre network education leap forward,providing strong ideological and political guarantee,talent support and intellectual support for the construction of a strong economy and a beautiful Hebei Province.However,there are still some problems in the operation of traditional education,such as the lack of enthusiasm of students,insufficient funds guarantee and evaluation mechanism,which needs to be further considered and studied by management and implementation agencies at all levels.
