摘 要:[目的]探讨赋权视角下病人主导的生活技能自我管理小组训练对住院精神分裂症病人日常生活能力、社会功能及自我效能感的影响。[方法]按照病例对照配对方法将2018年9月—2018年12月某三级甲等精神专科医院收治的89例精神分裂症病人分为对照组(45例)和干预组(44例)。对照组实施常规生活护理,干预组实施赋权视角下病人主导的生活技能自我管理小组训练,干预时间3个月。采用日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)及一般自我效能感量表(GSS)于干预前、干预后3个月及6个月进行测评。[结果]两组干预前后ADL得分比较,F时间=4.259,P>0.05;F组间=24.382,P<0.05;F交互=18.294,P<0.05。两组干预前后SDSS得分比较,F时间=16.247,P<0.05;F组间=32.338,P<0.05;F交互=21.087,P<0.05。两组干预前后GSS得分比较,F时间=5.271,P>0.05;F组间=14.810,P<0.05;F交互=12.186,P<0.05。[结论]赋权视角下病人主导的生活技能自我管理小组训练模式有助于提高住院精神分裂症病人日常生活活动能力、社会功能及自我效能感。Objective:To explore the impact of patient-led self-management group training of life skills on the daily living ability,social function and self-efficacy of inpatients with schizophrenia from the perspective of empowerment.Methods:According to the case-control matching method,a total of 89 patients with schizophrenia admitted to a third grade A psychiatric hospital from September 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group(45 cases)and an intervention group(44 cases).The patients in control group received routine life care,and the patients in intervention group received patient-led self-management group training of life skills from the perspective of empowerment.The intervention time was 3 months.The Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Social Function Deficiency Scale(SDSS)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSS)were used for assessment before the intervention,3 months,and 6months after the intervention.Results:Comparison of ADL scores between the two groups before and after intervention,F(time)=4.259,P>0.05;F(between groups)=24.382,P<0.05;F(interaction)=18.294,P<0.05.Comparison of SDSS scores between the two groups before and after intervention,F(time)=16.247,P<0.05;F(between groups)=32.338,P<0.05;F(interaction)=21.087,P<0.05.Comparison of GSS scores between the two groups before and after intervention,F(time)=5.271,P>0.05;F(between groups)=14.810,P<0.05;F(interaction)=12.186,P<0.05.Conclusions:The patient-led self-management group training of life skills from the perspective of empowerment could help to improve the ability of daily living,social function and self-efficacy of inpatients with schizophrenia.
