摘 要:高等学校承担着培养创新型人才的重任,课堂教学是本科教育的主渠道。以教师为主的传统知识教育的教学方法不能适应创新型人才的培养,课堂教学方法改革成为影响人才培养质量的关键。本文在阐明知识教育与创新教育区别的基础上,引述了多位国内外学术大师对创新教育的论述;介绍了几种行之有效的课堂教学方法,其共同特点是重视学生在课堂教学中的主体作用,教师要从"教会"学生转变到让学生学会创造上来。近几年的教学实践证明,这几种教学方法是符合创新教育大趋势的。The main task of college is to train innovative talents,and classroom instruction is the key means to carry out the undergraduate programs.Traditional classroom instruction method is based on knowledge education,which is mainly depended on teachers.Such method is not suitable to train innovative talents.To upgrade the training quality,it is essential and urgent to reform the classroom instruction method.In this article,the difference will be discussed between knowledge education and innovation education,and the ideas of several academic masters from both home and abroad are reviewed.Besides,several efficient strategies are introduced for classroom instruction.Two characteristics are shared by these strategies.One is to highlight the important role played by“students”in the classroom instruction,the other is that teachers should tell students how to create new knowledge,rather than only let them know the old knowledge.The teaching practice in recent years has proved that such strategies are in line with the general trend of innovative education.
