提高低年资医护人员医患沟通能力的探讨——以血液透析室为例

摘　　要：当前医患矛盾是医疗工作中面临的突出问题,医护人员医患沟通能力的不足是导致医患矛盾发生的主要因素之一,尤其以低年资医护人员更为突出。以血液透析室低年资医护人员为例,系统地对这一问题进行探讨。分析加强低年资医护人员医患沟通能力培养的重要性,结合低年资医护人员自身的特点,分析了造成医患和护患沟通困难的原因,从医疗技术、医护人员的责任心和沟通技巧等方面提出了解决方案。希望能为提高低年资医护人员的医患沟通能力,构建和谐医患关系,减少医患关系不良事件的发生提供思路。At present,doctor-patient conflicts is a prominent problems in medical work,and the lack of doctor-patient communication skill is one of the main reasons behind it,especially among junior doctors and nurses.This paper systematically analyzes the issue taking them as research objects.Doctor-patient communication skills are stressed,and then the paper analyzes the causes of the current doctor-patient and nurse-patient communication difficulties by taking an insight into their features.It proposes certain solution from the perspectives of medical techniques,doctors'and nurses'responsibility and communication skills.The authors hope this article could provide some perspectives for medical staffs to improve their doctor-patient communication ability,build harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events between doctors and patients.
