摘　　要：教学督导工作是高校内部质量保证体系的重要组成部分。本文介绍了教学督导工作在高校"质量工程"背景下的意义,在研究国内外教学督导方法和经验的基础上,对教学督导工作模式进行探索和创新,提出了基于督教、督学、督管、督评的教学督导模式,给出了测绘学院教学督导模式建设的实践和成效。Teaching supervision is an important part of the internal quality assurance system of colleges and universities. The significance of teaching supervision in the context of "quality engineering" in colleges and universities is introduced in this paper. Based on the study of teaching supervision methods and experience at home and abroad, the teaching supervision mode based on four supervisions is proposed, the practice and effect of the construction of teaching supervision mode in school of geodesy and geomatics are provided.
