摘 要:为满足智能化快速定量装车系统智能、快速、定量的装车需求,提出一种自适应配料控制方法。首先,建立了配料系统模型并分析了配料控制原理;其次,基于Smith预估开展自适应配料控制方法研究;最后,采用递推最小二乘法对配料系统误差进行了分析,并实现了配料系统精度实时估计。自适应配料控制方法为智能化快速定量装车奠定了坚实基础。In order to meet the intelligent,rapid and quantitative loading requirements of intelligent fast quantitative loading system,an adaptive batching control method was proposed.Firstly,the model of batching system was established and the principle of batching control was analyzed.Secondly,the adaptive batching control method based on Smith prediction was studied.Finally,the error of the adaptive batching control system was analyzed by the recursive least square method,and the accuracy of the batching control system was estimated in real time.Adaptive batching control method has laid a solid foundation for intelligent fast quantitative loading.
