论冷战国际史教学的内容、目的及建议——兼论其在高校“四史”教育中的作用

摘　　要：冷战国际史在高校世界史及通识教育中地位愈加重要,其亦可在“四史”教育中发挥价值。冷战国际史同中共党史、共和国史、改革开放史、中美关系史以及中国道路的制度选择关系密切,有助于深化解释“‘改革开放’前后两个时期不能相互否定”的道理,强化“四史”教育。冷战国际史教学应重点挖掘中国盟苏外交与联美外交的特质,美苏陷入冷战的根源及启示,苏联的冷战战略得失等议题。纳入受众更广的通识教育及“四史”教育的冷战国际史,则可促使学生形成客观的美国观,认知美国冷战战略实质,汲取苏联败退冷战的教训,明晰冷战影响下中国道路的缘起,消除历史虚无主义情绪,进而秉承“了解之同情”的历史素养,投身中华民族伟大复兴的历史征程。Cold War International History plays an increasingly important role in World History and General Education in Chinese universities as well as in the“Four History”education.Connected closely with the History of the Communist Party of China,the History of PRC,the History of Reform and Opening up,the History of Sino-US Relations,as well as the contemporary China model,the Cold War International History education can play a central role in higher education,which can help strengthen the historical explanation that“we can not negate two periods which before and after the reform and opening up”and promotes effects of the“Four History”Education.The Cold War International History education should focus on the change of Sino-USSR relations and Sino-US relations.At the same time,it should illustrate the root of Cold War between US and USSR and the USSR’s Cold War strategy error.Being a component of general education and“Four History”education,the Cold War International History education can help the college students form a more objective view on US.Besides,the Cold War International History education can help students get the essence of China’s strategy,learn the historical lessons from Soviet Union,figure out the influence of global Cold War towards Chinese model,eliminates the history nihilism.In doing so,the younger generation can form a strong history cultivated manners in order to participate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
