摘  要:“双高计划”背景下高职高水平、国际化、特色化发展的重要落脚点在于培养高端产业急需人才。创新型数字人才是支持国家创新发展、数字经济建设、产业转型升级的生力军。但目前产业链与教育链脱节,削弱了学生适应数字环境的能力;社会片面的价值取向,降低了学生的自我效能感;高职传统育人模式,阻滞了学生创新能力的发挥。高职应通过价值引领、提质培优、服务升级等途径,提升创新型数字人才培养质量与水平。The important objective of high-level,international and characteristic development of higher vocational education under the"double-high plan"is to cultivate talents for high-end industries.Innovative digital talents are the new force who support national innovative development,digital economy construction and industrial transformation and upgrading.Nevertheless,in the process of talent cultivation,there exists a disconnection between the industrial chain and the educational chain,which has weakened students'ability to adapt to the digital environment.The one-sided value orientation of society has reduced students'sense of self-efficacy and the traditional education mode of higher vocational education has hindered the development of students'innovative ability.Higher vocational colleges are supposed to improve the quality and proficiency of innovative digital talents by means of value guidance,quality improvement and service upgrading.
