摘　　要：时代的发展促进了职业教育体制的变革,职业教育要着力培养学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业创业能力,结合高职院校工程测量技术专业的特点,在专业教学过程中,推行工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式,培养理论知识扎实全面、实践技能丰富过硬,高素质的技能型人才,使学生实现自我能力的提升,企业能用到品学兼优的学生,也能为社会的发展提供人才储备,这样的良性循环将推动企业人力资源开发和学校教学环节紧密结合,为校企双方拓展共同发展领域、提高人才培养质量、提升专业建设水平注入了新的动力.Vocational education should focus on the cultivation of students'professional ethics,professional skills and the ability of entrepreneurship.Combined with the characteristics of engineering measurement technology major in higher vocational colleges,in the process of professional teaching,the personnel training mode of combination of working and learning and school enterprise cooperation is carried out to cultivate technical talents with comprehensive theoretical knowledge,rich practical skills and high quality.Students can achieve self-improvement,enterprises can get students with both good character and learning,and also provide talent reserves for social development.It will promote the close combination of enterprise human resource development and school teaching,and inject new impetus for both schools and enterprises to expand common development areas,improve the quality of talent training,and improve the level of professional construction.
