摘　　要：在新时代新形势下,如何开展大学生思想政治教育,努力提高当代大学生思想政治教育的实效性、针对性,增强大学生思想政治教育的吸引力和感染力,是当前高校面临的一个紧迫的且具有挑战性的课题.新时代的思想政治教育需要新的体系,分析大学生构成的特点,对新时代背景下大学生相关思想政治教育方面的新体系价值展开探讨,总结具体在构建过程中所遵循的原则,制定创新性构建策略,可推进相关工作的有效落实.In the new era and under the new situation,how to carry out the ideological and political education of college students,strive to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education of contemporary college students,and enhance the attraction and appeal of the ideological and political education of college students,is an urgent and challenging topic faced by colleges and universities.The ideological and political education in the new era needs a new system.By analyzing the characteristics of the composition of college students,this paper discusses the value of the new system in the ideological and political education of college students under the background of the new era,summarizes the principles followed in the construction process,and formulates innovative construction strategies,which can promote the effective implementation of relevant work.
