高校延长学年学生教育管理模式探索与分析

摘　　要：从高校学生管理的角度出发,分析了现有延长学年学生产生的原因,以及高校现有延长学年学生管理模式存在的问题,阐述了现有管理模式对学生毕业的影响.为了维护学生的利益,采用更加科学完善的管理模式,加强对学生的引导、家长参与,有效提高延长学年学生的毕业率.From the perspective of student management in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing extended academic year students,as well as the problems existing in the existing management mode of extended academic year,and expounds the influence of the existing management mode on the graduation of students.In order to protect the interests of students,we should adopt a more scientific and perfect management mode,strengthen the guidance of students and parents'participation,and effectively improve the graduation rate of students in the extended academic year.
