摘　　要：随着近年来素质教育的不断推广,各类学校都对校内课程进行了改革。学生家长越来越意识到学生的全面发展对孩子的重要性。很多高职院校不断调整校内的课程安排,注重从学生的身心发展规律出发去进行课堂设计。在这个社会各行各业竞争日益激烈的大环境下,为了把学生培养成社会需要的高素质人才,为了提高高职院校的竞争力,我们就必须对目前的高中教育管理现状进行科学的分析,及时发现问题,找出解决措施。本文就针对目前我国高职教育中存在的管理问题进行讨论,并提出几条针对性的改革建议。With the continuous promotion of quality education in recent years,all kinds of schools have carried out the reform of school curriculum.Parents are more and more aware of the importance of students’all-round development to their children.Many higher vocational colleges constantly adjust the school curriculum,focusing on the law of students’physical and mental development to carry out classroom design.In this increasingly competitive environment of all walks of life,in order to train students into highquality talents needed by the society,and to improve the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges,we must scientifically analyze the current situation of high school education management,find problems in time and find solutions.This paper discusses the management problems existing in the current higher vocational education in China,and puts forward some targeted reform suggestions.
