摘　　要：以学科技能竞赛为切入点,改革大数据专业课程及人才培养方案,寓竞赛培养及人才培养于一体,提出完整的课程体系和能力培养目标,并且给出了较系统的课程设计方案。在完成人才培养方案的前提下,将人才培养和竞赛培育融为一体,并就其效果进行探讨,进而证明以竞赛为导向的教学模式提高了学生学习兴趣,学习效率和学习效果,充分发挥高职教育培养具有创新能力的高技能人才的目的。Taking the subject skill competition as the breakthrough point,reform the big data professional curriculum and talent training scheme,integrating competition training and talent training into one,proposing a complete curriculum system and ability training objectives,and giving a more systematic curriculum design scheme.On the premise of completing the talent training program,the talent training and competition cultivation are integrated,and the effect is discussed.It is proved that the competition oriented teaching mode can improve students'interest in learning,learning efficiency and learning effect,and give full play to the purpose of cultivating high skilled talents with innovative ability in higher vocational education.
