高职院校二级学院排课管理工作分析

摘　　要：教务员的核心职责在于保证系部教学工作正常运转,而排课管理工作又属于高职院校教务员工作的主要内容之一,但是教务员在排课过程中,受到教室和师生与课程等诸多因素的影响,尤其是师生属于非固定因素,使得排课的难度较大,因而必须要采用科学的排课方法,并切实注重对现状和影响因素的分析,采取针对性的措施,切实提升排课管理的水平。文中结合高职院校二级学院排课管理工作实践,就当前的现状、影响因素和优化三个方面提出思考,以便更好地夯实教务工作水平。The core responsibility of the academic administrator is to ensure the normal operation of the teaching work of the Department,and the course scheduling management is one of the main contents of the work of the academic administrator in higher vocational colleges.However,in the process of arranging courses,the teachers and students are affected by many factors,especially the teachers and students are non fixed factors,which makes the scheduling more difficult.Therefore,we must adopt the scientific course schedulingMethods,and pay attention to the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors,take targeted measures to improve the level of curriculum management.In this paper,combined with the practice of curriculum arrangement management in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges,the current situation,influencing factors and optimization are put forward to better consolidate the level of educational administration.
