摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计等方法,通过一学期实践授课,对篮球选项课进行课内外一体化实践研究。研究结果表明课内外一体化教学对学生身体素质、锻炼兴趣、篮球技术掌握等方面均有明显提高。并总结课内外一体化教学模式的优势和教学中应注意的问题,初步探索高校新工科体育教学模式。In this paper,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,through a semester of practice teaching,the basketball elective course is integrated inside and outside of class practice research.The results show that the integrated teaching in and out of class can significantly improve students'physical fitness,exercise interest and basketball skills.It also summarizes the advantages of the integrated teaching mode inside and outside the class and the problems that should be paid attention to in teaching,and preliminarily explores the new teaching mode of engineering physical education in colleges and universities.
