摘　　要：“双高计划”的提出,要求职业教育向高质量方向深化,职业教育高职量发展的关键在于建设一支高水平“双师”素质的教师队伍。要建设高水平的双师队伍,一方面从吸纳机制而言,要完善双师准入,明确双师队伍建设在高质量职业教育的地位;另一方面要完善双师队伍建设的培养体系、管理制度、激励措施再到保障体系等相关机制,为双师型教师营造一个良好的成长环境。The proposal of"Double High-quality Plan"requires the vocational education to be deepened in the direction of high quality,and a high-level"double teacher"quality teacher team is the main force for the development of higher vocational education and the guarantee of high quality teaching.The construction of the high-level double division team,from the absorption mechanism to the training system,management system,incentive measures to the construction of the security system,requires vocational colleges to form a perfect mechanism under the guidance of high-quality development.
