摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一种浆细胞恶性克隆性疾病,目前尚无法完全治愈。分子及表观遗传学异常在MM的发生、发展中有重要作用,相关的靶向治疗亦成为研究热点。Multiple myeloma(MM)is a malignant clonal plasma cell disease.At present,there is no complete cure for it.Molecular and epigenetic abnormalities play an important role in the occurrence and development of MM,and the related targeted therapy has also become a research hotspot.
