浅析团队训练和启蒙项目在高校教学中的作用

摘　　要：在现代化企业里,许多工作流程都离不开团队合作,它在德国高校也越来越受到重视。在维尔茨堡-施韦因富特应用科学大学(FHWS)的媒体管理本科专业,6个面授学期中有5个学期都安排了团队合作的项目。从网站创建到印刷产品设计,再到与外部项目合作伙伴共同制作宣传影片,这些都属于项目内容的范畴。此外,项目的开展始终以团队合作为基础。作为媒体管理专业的一个特色,从2008年起,FHWS在第一学期开始时就会安排一个为期多天、以团队合作为主题的启蒙项目,以培养学生的专业能力和团队合作能力。Teamwork is an essential part of many working processes in modern companies,which is becoming increasingly more important at German universities. The "Media Management"for bachelors at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences( FHWS) includes the cooperative project work in five of the six present semesters. The subject area ranges from website creation and the design of print products to the production of image films with external project partners,always in the context of team-based work. As an exclusive component of the "Media Management"course,the FHWS has been organizing an introductory project lasting several days at the beginning of the course since 2008,primarily to offer students an introduction to the cooperative work. With the help of such an introductory project,this paper explains how students can be taught both technical qualifications and teamwork skills.
