摘　　要："知人曰哲"语出《尚书》,其内蕴着儒家管理哲学的逻辑起点,儒家管理哲学的演进路线为认识论—方法论—本体论。儒家管理哲学的认识论可以用"知人曰哲"来表述,认识论是儒家管理哲学的根基,是儒家管理哲学的逻辑基点。儒家管理哲学的方法论可以用"因材施用"来表述,它所要求的是一位执政者能够通过自己的智识将正确的人放在正确的位置,发挥出最好的管理效用。儒家管理哲学的本体论可以用"明礼通天"来表述,儒家管理哲学的本体论并不是建立在哲人对世界的构思之上,而是建立在哲人在知人和用人的过程中对既有的礼制秩序的反思之上。哲人对礼制秩序的反思,强化了对礼治秩序管理者的认识论,升华了儒家管理哲学的方法论,由此形成儒家管理哲学的本体论。"Knowing about one’s talent and virtue is wisdom"comes from Book of History,which implies the logical starting point of Confucian management philosophy.Confucian management philosophy evolves from epistemology to methodology and then to ontology.The epistemology of Confucian management philosophy can be expressed as"Knowing about one’s talent and virtue is wisdom",it is the foundation of Confucian management philosophy and the logical basis of Confucian management philosophy.The methodology of Confucian management philosophy can be expressed as"offering a place according to one’s talent".What it requires is that the administrator can put the right person in the right position through his own wisdom and give full play to the best management effect.The ontology of Confucian management philosophy can be expressed as"Be familiar with rituals".The ontology of Confucian management philosophy is not based on philosophers’conception of the world,but on their reflection on the existing ritual system and order in the process of knowing and employing people.Philosophers’introspection of the order of the ritual system enhances the epistemology of the managers of the ritual order and improves the methodology of the Confucian management philosophy,thus forming the ontology of the Confucian management philosophy.
