摘 要:参照GB/T 12392-2009,在不同压缩速度下对压缩弹簧进行测试得到其力-变形曲线,曲线分别用线性回归法和弦线法处理,计算得到弹簧刚度,再将结果根据JJF 1059.1-2012评定不确定度并进行比较。结果表明:压缩弹簧刚度测量的扩展不确定度为0.82 N·mm-1,其值的大小主要由试验机力值和变形测量误差决定,受压缩速度和数据处理方式的影响较小。当速度较低且用线性回归拟合时,可以减小测量重复性带来的不确定度,但在不同方法下最终测量的扩展不确定度几乎没有差异。A compression spring was tested in various compression speeds according to GB/T 12392:2009 and the force-deformation curves were gained.The curves were processed by linear regression method and chord method respectively to calculate the spring stiffness.The uncertainties of the results were evaluated and compared according to JJF 1059.1:2012.The results show that the expanded uncertainty of stiffness measurement of compression spring was O.82 N·mm-1,which was mainly determined by the force value of testing machine and deformation measurement error,and it was less affected by the compression speed and data processing method.When the speed was low and processed with linear regression,the uncertainty caused by the repeatability of measurement could be reduced,but there was almost no difference in the expanded uncertainty of final measurement under different methods.
