摘  要:职业教育是重要的人才输出渠道,如何使学生的学习与工作无缝连接,是职业院校考虑的重中之重,实践教学是一个关键点。实施“工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习”的人才培养模式是高职教育教学改革的重要环节,是高职教育改革与发展的重点。很多高职院校不断摸索,取得良好的效果,但在目前具体的操作过程中出现了诸多问题。论文结合高职院校的特点,研究“校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习”人才培养模式的本质、困惑及其改革创新的出路,对进一步优化人才培养模式提出有效措施。Vocational education is an important channel of talents output.How to make students'learning and work seamless connection is the top priority of vocational colleges.Practical teaching is a key point.The implementation of the talents training mode of"work-integrated learning,school-enterprise cooperation and post practice"is an important link in the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges and the focus of the education reform and development of higher vocational colleges.Many higher vocational colleges continue to explore and achieve good results.However,many problems have appeared in the current specific operation process.Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper studies the essence,perplexity and reform and innovation ways of the talents training mode of work-integrated learning,school-enterprise cooperation and post practice",and puts forward effective measures to further optimize the talents training mode.
