摘　　要：论文从党的十九大关于我国已经进入了高质量发展阶段的论断出发,按照十九届四中全会对坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度的要求,对照中央企业经营业绩考核规定,分析转制科研企业目前业绩考核存在的问题,对构建促进高质量发展的业绩考核体系进行了探讨,以推进转制科研企业不断做强做优做大国有资本。From the judgment of China has entered the stage of high quality development proposed by the 19th National Congress of the CPC,according to the requirement of Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee for upholding and improving the basic socialist economic system,compared with the operating performance assessment regulations of central enterprises,this paper analyzes the current problems existing in the performance assessment of the transformed scientific research enterprises,and discusses the construction of the performance assessment system to promote high quality development,so as to promote the transformed scientific research enterprises to continue to grow state-owned capital stronger,better and bigger.
