摘  要:随着伺服电机的广泛应用和一些特殊应用系统的控制需求,伺服单元控制的缺陷突显出来。本文结合伺服系统的特性,针对实际应用中伺服电机输出拉力的循环加载需求,对伺服单元无法控制伺服电机输出拉力的循环加载情况加以研究。在PI控制理论的基础上,结合伺服单元对伺服电机的基本控制特点,设计并完成PI控制模块,实现对伺服电机输出拉力的循环加载控制,弥补伺服单元的控制盲点,满足实际应用的需要,并通过对实验现象的观测和数据的检测,验证了实验系统具有良好的动、静态性能和循环加载力的良好控制。With the increasing application of servo motor and the control requirements of the specific application system,the defects of the servo unit stand out.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the servo system,for the demand of the servo motor cyclic loading output in the practical application,studied the situation of servo unit can’t meet the controlling of servo motor cyclic loading output.On the base of the principle of proportional-integral control,the PI control module was designed and completed,combined with the basic control characteristics the servo unit,a control system was completed,achieving the cyclic loading control of the servo motor,making up for inadequate control of the servo unit,to meet the needs of practical applications.Through the observation and the data examination of the tests phenomenon,the system was confirmed to have the good tendency,the static property and the good control performance.
