摘 要:运用自行编制的"教师权威认同调查问卷",对762名高职院校学生进行调查和分析,结果显示高职院校学生对教师权威认同整体状况良好,各维度得分由高到低依次为道德权威、魅力权威、专业权威、情感权威、法定权威和传统权威。不同专业、年级、性别、的高职学生在教师权威认同的部分维度上存在显著性差异。基于本研究发现,提出如下建议:第一,学校应保障和规范教师的基本权力;第二,教师应更新教师权威内涵,由"外在权威"走向"内在权威";第三,学生应有"尊师重道"的思想意识与行为规范。The author uses self-compiled "teachers’ authority identity questionnaire" to investigate and analyze.762 of vocational college students. The result shows that the overall status of students’ identification with teachers’ authority in vocational colleges is quite good. The scores of each dimension from high to low in turn are: moral authority, charismatic authority, professional authority, emotional authority, legal authority and traditional authority. The demographic variables of different majors, grades, genders etc. showed significant differences in some dimensions. Based on the findings of this study, the author proposed the following suggestions. Firstly, schools should protect and regulate teachers’ basic rights;secondly, teachers should update the connotation of teachers’ authority, from "external authority" to "internal authority";thirdly, students should have the ideology and behavior standard of respecting teachers.
