摘 要:医学博士生能力与素养的培养是我国医学博士生教育的核心主题,在参考了大量代表性文献后归纳出医学博士生能力与素养的核心内涵,通过多维视角探究其关键性影响因素,发现课程、科研训练、导师指导、情感支持以及学术生态环境是影响医学博士生能力与素养的关键性因素,进一步研究发现,学术生态环境以及情感支持等因素对博士生创造性思维能产生关键影响,并以一种间接的方式影响着博士生学术心态、学术志趣以及学术精神。The cultivation of competences is the core element of the quality of medical doctoral education in China.After referring to a large number of representative literatures,this paper summarized the core connotations of doctoral ability and literacy as four abilities and three literacy,and explored its key factors through a multidimensio-nal perspective.Found that courses,scientific research training,mentor guidance,emotional support,and academic ecological environment were the key factors that affected the ability and literacy of doctoral candidates.Further disco-vered that academic ecological environment and emotional supports had key impact on the creative thinking of docto-ral candidates and affected the academic mentality,academic interest and academic spirit of doctoral candidates in an indirect way.
