“专创融合”背景下高职应用化工技术专业教师素质与能力分析研究——以济源职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：将创新创业教育融入专业教育,融入人才培养全过程是深化高校创新创业教育改革的重要措施,专业一线教师作为学生最直接的接触者,在创新创业教育融入专业教育中起主导作用。“专创融合”对专业教师的能力提出更高的要求。在理解“专创融合”背景下创新创业教育的内涵的基础上,通过文献查阅分析和深入了解化工行业发展动态和就业动态变化,得出“专创融合”背景下应用化工技术专业教师应具备的素质和能力;并以此为依据设计调查问卷,对我院应用化工技术专业教师进行调研,分析“专创融合”背景下应用化工技术专业教师具备的素质能力现状,为进一步“专创融合”背景下应用化工技术专业教师素质能力提升路径研究打下基础,进一步推动创新创业教育与化工专业教育的深度融合。Creation and innovation education was merged into professional education and talent training’s whole process,Which was important measure in deepening university creation and innovation education’s reformation,professional teacher was the most direct contact person,playing a leading role in creation and innovation education merging into professional education.Which forwarded higher requests to professional teacher’s quality and ability,Based on understanding creation and innovation education's connotation in this paper,by consulting and analyzing literatures and deeply understanding development trend of chemical industries and the employment dynamic variations,application chemical engineering technology teacher’s quality and ability of was obtained under the background of"creation and innovation education merged into professional education";Then based on it,questionnaires are made,investigated the teachers of application chemical engineering technology,analyzed their present situation of quality and ability,provided a basis for further studies on improving path on teachers’quality and ability,further promoted the combination of creation and innovation education and professional education.
