摘　　要：创新创业教育是国家战略,也是高校人才培养质量的重要衡量指标。文章以地方本科院校内江师范学院水产养殖学专业为例,通过对创新创业型人才教育内涵的强化,教学方法、实践能力训练形式、第二素质课堂、多元化师资队伍建设等创新创业人才培养体系的构建与探索,创新创业人才培养的保障措施等方面进行了研究,初步构建了水产养殖学专业创新创业型人才培养模式,并取得了较好效果。该研究可为国内同等院校应用型专业创新创业型人才培养提供借鉴和参考。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only a national strategy,but also an important measure of the quality of talent cultivation for high education.Aquaculture major is an important major in the Neijiang Normal University,which is belong to a local undergraduate college.In the current study,the construction and exploration of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system are explored,such as the connotation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents education,teaching method,practical ability training form,second quality classroom,construction of diversified teaching staff,and the guarantee measures of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training.At present,we have established the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in aquaculture,and achieved a positive result.The findings can provide reference for other colleges,in China.
